Skip is a civil trial lawyer and personal injury attorney who has litigated hundreds of Personal Injury Accidents Cases involving Tractor Trailer /motor vehicle collisions, serious work injuries and denials for disability benefits through the Social Security Administration (SSDI and SSI). 

Roger A. "Skip" Ritchie, Jr. focuses on automobile and tractor-trailer injury claims, defective product injury claims, workers’ compensation claims, and social security disability claims.

For the past 28 years, Skip has helped seriously injured and ill persons recover from their losses and obtain financial compensation through insurance and the courts. Currently, his concentration is limited to personal injury cases involving wrongful death, auto and tractor-trailer collisions, product liability, Worker Compensation, and Social Security disability claims.

Skip has concentrated his practice to civil litigation involving trial work. He has been a member of the National Organization for Social Security Claimant's Representation, the North American Brain Injury Society, the American Association of Justice, the Virginia Trial Lawyer's Association, and the West Virginia Association of Justice.

​Skip has a long history of community service involvement through his local church and with Christians ministries. He has engaged in extensive mission work focused on fatherless and orphaned children and their caregivers in Peru, Mexico, and Zimbabwe and South Africa. He is the co-founder of OARRS, Inc. He is a licensed professional counselor and trained in Christian and Biblical Counseling and Psychotherapy interventions in Missouri and graduate of seminary with Masters in Counseling with national certification.
